We are searching for an candidate experienced in Documentation at our MSC India - Mumbai facility.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check Shipping Instructions and prepare Bill of lading, complying with MSC guidelines and POD restrictions.
- Check and raise queries to respective parties and attend replies in timely manner.
- Drafting emails in appropriate words explaining the exact query.
- Sending drafts to client in timely manner and attend all SI as per deadlines.
- Attend Customer Corrections in timely manner.
- Completing B/l audit prior to vessel sailing.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in shipping industry
