Key Responsibilities: Application Support: Assist in providing technical support for business applications used across different departments. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical software systems. Application Configuration and Customization: Support the configuration and customization of business applications to align with organizational requirements and user needs. Work with team members to implement changes, enhancements, and updates as necessary. Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing process for new features, functionalities, and upgrades within business applications.
