Job Description
  • Preparation of Internal Baseline Programme and getting approval from client.
  • Monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparison with the projected schedule of work (Baseline).
  • Preparation of Revised Baseline Schedule
  • Planning and scheduling the activities using Primavera P6.
  • Preparation of the various contractual claims.
  • Reviewing Contractor’s Claim for Extension of Time and determination of the same.
  • Preparation of action plan & Recovery schedules
  • Preparation of GAP Analysis Reports
  • Program What if Scenario
  • Preparing Roll Up and Catch up plans
  • Resource Loading with Primavera
  • Qty. Based Schedule
  • Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report
  • Management Information System
  • Creation of Work Breakdown Structure for the project
  • Making Presentations for Management and Client Review Meetings
