Job Description We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to become a part of our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess basic IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and patience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
