Job Description & Summary

A career within Regulatory Risk and Compliance services, will provide you with the opportunity to help companies rethink their approach to risk and create a sustainable risk advantage. We’re a part of a unique client proposition, assisting our clients develop proper internal controls by leveraging analytics and technology solutions to underpin efficient execution of governance, to optimise their risk and compliance policies and processes, and improve business performance.

Our Contract commercial compliance and invoice analytics provide independent, objective assessments of contract
commercial terms / contractual risks across Source to Pay and Order to Cash cycle and help clients mitigate risk by
understanding long-term and strategic commitments and provide appropriate responses.
This role is responsible for leveraging technology to analyze contracts, sourcing levers, commercial elements and
collaborate with internal subject matter experts (wherever required) to help clients identify critical variances in their
contracts. This role provides an opportunity to learn the intricacies of different vendors or customers contracts and
how clients can optimize costs and overcome challenges associated with voluminous, complex and high value
contracts.
Key Responsibilities
· Be a part of a team for contract Contract Compliance and invoice analytics SMEs to effectively manage
multiple commercial insights and cost reductions engagements.
· Should have 2-3 years of experience in driving the engagements across Source to Pay & Order to Cash,
Focusing majorly on operational transformation, process designing, data driven analytics engagements.
· Lead the analysis, design and implementation of Contract commercial compliance and risk scoring at
contract level approaches
· Lead the pursuit of new business development opportunities by designing solutions to specific client
problems and pitched them to c-suit decision makers
· Drive process performance and transformation agenda through digital, analytics and process improvement
framework for Contract commercial compliance
· Lead the day to day execution of a client engagements while guiding and developing individual team
members
· Work with different teams and cross functional departments like Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, etc. to
understand requirements and identify strategic contract analytics use cases that will improve efficiency in
the business and deliver a strong ROI.
· Deep understanding of building up the operating models, process redesigning and transformation across
contract management, revenue management, revenue management and sourcing & procurement.
· Develop a deep understanding of contract and commercial terms (including their potential risks and
benefits) across industry sectors-majorly on TMT(Tech Media and Telecom), Industrial Manufacturing &
Pharma Lifesciences.
· Deep understanding of value leakages across different areas like Payments, Revenue Rebates, Sourcing &
Procurement and Contract Management.
· Understanding customer requirements which include strategic drivers for their business mainly Revenue
Management, Compliance, Support, Identifying Non-Standard clauses and Risk identification and
mitigation
· Translate complex contract language into simple analytics to drive value leakage opportunities and risk
mitigations
· Perform a range of “gap analysis” reviews, e.g., between customized and standard versions of service terms
or older and current versions of service terms.
· Analyze key contract information to drive Pricing strategy, Contract Negotiations and Cost reduction and
Revenue Assurance
· Actively support the contract digitization aspect of a unified customer profile by making strategic
recommendations based on available data.
· Oversee end to end project management – project planning, timeliness, project quality, delivery and
economics

· Ensure that the team’s SLAs are met and fully supported across all varied requests, with all risks managed,
disruptions minimized, and with high quality outcomes
· Manage resource allocation and ensure utilization of existing resources, effectively utilizing team skills and
competencies

Must Have
· Master’s degree with major field of study in business administration or operations management
· Relevant work experience, preferably in managing contracts from Contract Compliance and cost reductions;
min experience in team and project management
· Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Source to Pay and Order to Cash
· Good to have understanding of contractual arrangements for Pharma, TMT and Industrial Manufacturing
Sectors.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) as demonstrated by an ability to interpret, document and
explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the
organization
