Job Summary:
  • Oversee the distribution and allocation of leads in the MIS system
  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure proper management
  • Create and update email and phone number databases
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all platforms
  • Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce daily reports on lead generation, allocation, and responses
  • Analyze leads based on various criteria such as type, budget, location, and customer profile
  • Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and provide performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to support business decision-making
  • Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Excel/Google sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits:
