Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of the client’s digital presence, including strategy and planning, content, campaign and community management.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for social campaign planning, management and execution
• Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with the short and long-term goals of the brand
• Write copy for Instagram and Facebook keeping in mind brand guidelines
• Plan and supervise brand shoots and video production
• Drive content development with the team to reflect business requests and implement them to deliver the result.
• Track social media practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations to improve channel quality and empower stakeholders
• Work closely with internal technology to execute digital products for the client.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve results for clients.
• Work closelywith the creative and copy team to design and deliver engaging social media campaigns.
• Deliver regular reports to the client on the performance of their digital activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to put together project proposals and follow through with client teams
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure client requests are managed.

Experience & Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation
