  • Ensure filing of periodical returns with the RBI, FIU, NeSL and other statutory bodies before the due date.
  • Assist in RBI audit and compliance audit.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations prescribes for NBFC by RBI and all other applicable legislations.
  • Ensure Reporting of Fraud and STR within Due date.
  • Checking and attestation of CHG-1 and CHG-4 ROC Forms
  • Maintain and organize compliance record in consonance with internal control.
  • Tracking of regulatory changes and updating management on the same
  • Independent evaluation of KYC documents on a sample basis and releasing the report to the concerned departments.
  • Cash transaction Monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedure under compliance.
  • Collaborate with all function team to facilitate implement of compliance requirements
  • Develop and disseminate compliance training and ongoing communications that helps drive companies culture of compliance
  • Advise and help the sales team for smooth conduct of Business.
