  • Responsible for getting preliminary check done for new vendor/ renewal case.
  • Ensure that all clauses related to outsourcing/ material outsourcing are mentioned in the agreement.
  • Ensure that internal process of vendor on boarding is followed and modified as and when required.
  • Support in the automation project of vendor on boarding.
  • Liaison with the central ORM team for vendor management.
  • Provide training to business SPOCs on the outsourcing requirements.
  • Maintaining internal MIS for the vendors status.
