Job Title: Executive - DR Approvals
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corel department as an Executive - DR Approvals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Corel department and will be responsible for reviewing and approving all design requests (DR) within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve all (DR) submitted by various departments within the organization.
  • Ensure that all DRs comply with the companys guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement on DR.
  • Maintain accurate records of all approved and rejected DR.
  • Communicate with partners & team to clarify requirements and resolve any issues related to DR.
  • Monitor and track the progress of DR to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of DRs to management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
