The Sr Payroll Analyst reports to the Manager, Sr. Payroll & Taxes Manager and will be
responsible for providing system and Workday payroll report administration including
gathering any report requirements, creating, and testing reports and maintaining report
definitions.
The Payroll department is responsible for timely and accurate payment to over 30,000
employees in multiple states throughout the US. The Payroll Department is a fast paced,
deadline driven work environment, and there are always new challenges. The position is
responsible for playing a key role in paying all company employees in an accurate and
timely fashion.

The Sr Payroll Analyst reports to the Manager, Sr. Payroll & Taxes Manager and will be responsible for providing system and Workday payroll report administration including gathering any report requirements, creating, and testing reports and
maintaining report definitions. Responsibilities
  • Is an expert in the Workday Payroll product suite
  • Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, gaps and help create reporting, as needed
Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday reports and creating documentation as needed.
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support all payroll integrations internal and external
  • Maintain configurations in Workday for taxes, earnings, and deductions
  • Maintain configuration workbook
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and records
  • Provide support for regular and special payroll processes in Workday
  • Analyze Workday updates and provide recommendations to the payroll manager
  • Serve as backup for other payroll team members
  • Other duties as requested by management
  • Payroll experience supporting a large company
  • Ability to prioritize high volume work in a deadline driven environment
  • Workday and ADP Payroll knowledge; SAP experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications

  • Workday reporting skills
  • Superior organizational skills
