Architect Consultation: .
��Meet with internal architect to understand their needs, preferences,
and budget for landscaping projects.
��Gather information about the sites topography, soil conditions,
climate, and any existing features.
2.Conceptualization and Design:
��Develop creative and functional landscape designs that incorporate
elements such as plants, trees, hardscapes (e.g., pathways, patios),
water features, and outdoor lighting.
��Use computer-aided designs utilising software and other tools to create
detailed plans and renderings.
��Ensure that designs align with local regulations, zoning codes, and
environmental guidelines.
3.Plant Selection and Layout:
��Choose appropriate plants, trees, and shrubs based on site conditions
and client preferences.
��Plan the layout and arrangement of vegetation to achieve desired
aesthetics and functionality.
4.Materials Selection:
��Specify materials for hardscapes, including pavers, stones, and other
construction materials.
��Consider factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetic appeal.
5.Cost Estimation:
��Prepare cost estimates and budgets for landscaping projects.
��Work with clients to finalize project scope and budget constraints.





6.Project Execution:
��Execution and implementation of landscaping projects, coordinating
with contractors or internal and subcontractors.
��Ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and
within the allotted budget and timeframe.
��Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.
7.Environmental Considerations:
��Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into
landscaping projects, such as water conservation and native plant
selection.
��Advise clients on irrigation systems and maintenance practices to
promote sustainability.
8.Project Documentation:
��Maintain detailed records of project plans, contracts, permits, and any
changes to the original design.
