We are searching for a candidate with experience in Documentation department at our Mumbai facility.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Check Shipping Instructions and prepare Bill of lading, complying with MSC guidelines and POD restrictions.
  • Check and raise queries to respective parties and attend replies in timely manner.
  • Drafting emails in appropriate words explaining the exact query.
  • Sending drafts to client in timely manner and attend all SI as per deadlines.
  • Attend Customer Corrections in timely manner.
  • Completing B/L audit prior to vessel sailing.

Required Qualifications: Graduate
