You will play a crucial role in managing the overall service delivery process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Ensure service delivery quality and cost effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - Experience in managing work assignments and ensuring timely completion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and support for Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) using Cloud Infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for PaaS using Cloud Infrastructure. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
