Job Description
- Review of various TQM Initiatives like WMS, TPM, Unnati etc.
- Evaluation and Felicitation activities for various TQM Initiatives
- Conduct audits and Red Tag Day activities for Workplace Management System
- Awareness Sessions for TQM Initiatives & Ensure active participation of employees in TQM Initiatives
- Carry out Industrial Engineering Studies.
- Good Knowledge on MS Excel TQM Promotion : Building TQM Culture in the plant, TQM Publications, Intra unit TQM Competitions, etc
- Should have experience on Problem Solving Approach, Improvement Methodology, Statistics, Process Excellence, Process Flow Diagram, SIPOC, etc.
- Assist and create new data presentation views on Total Quality Management reporting for departmental and executive management.
- Responsible for communicating findings, remediation, and action plans to senior management.
- Utilize appropriate systems to gain information and record activities.
- Ability to work in a structured environment with a diverse workforce.
