Online Coding Instructor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Online Teachers to join our team and teach Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), App Development, and Arduino to middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a solid background in these subjects. This role involves delivering engaging and interactive online lessons, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and helping students develop their skills in technology and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Python, Artificial Intelligence, App Development, and Arduino to middle and high school students in an online setting.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the diverse learning needs and levels of students.
• Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students on their progress and assignments.
• Monitor and assess student performance and provide appropriate feedback to help them improve.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology, programming, and education.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience teaching Python, AI, App Development, and Arduino, preferably to middle and high school students.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming, AI concepts, mobile app development, and Arduino projects.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or relevant credentials.
• Experience with curriculum development.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and computer science concepts.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.

Working Hours:

• Flexible part-time hours, primarily during after-school hours (3 PM - 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday).
• Occasional weekend sessions may be required based on student needs and availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
