Client Relationship Executive

• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the management team to convert leads into clients .
• Attend online industry events and conferences to establish connections and generate leads.

**2. Client Relationship Management:**

• Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
• Understand clients needs and recommend additional products or services to meet their objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights and solutions to enhance client success.

**3. Brand Building on Social Media Platforms:**

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the companys online presence and brand awareness.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize brand positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
