Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Handle mailbox as per process and timeliness.

  • Working on Loss Runs requests received via Service Hub/Email.
  • Prioritize and organize work on daily basis as per business requirement.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
  • Completing Mandatory trainings on time.
  • Work closely with onshore teams to ensure effective delivery of client service.
  • Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal - Offices/External - Carrier’s).
  • Participate and contribute in potential process improvement areas.
  • Deliver as per defined KPIs for the role - Maintain Quality, Productivity, Turnaround standards.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream)

Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic individuals.
  • Logical thinking skillset is a must.
  • Ability to learn new processes & systems and should be adaptable to changes.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, work within stiff timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of Insurance Principles.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of MS office (Especially MS Excel).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in an insurance process preferable.
