Position: Travel Administrate

Experience:- 2yrs

Responsibilities:

Visa Processing:

  • Facilitate the visa application process for employees, ensuring timely submission and documentation.
  • Stay updated on visa requirements for various destinations and provide guidance to employees.

Flight Ticket Booking:

  • Coordinate and book domestic and international flights for employees.
  • Monitor and compare airfare prices to secure cost-effective travel options.
  • Manage changes to flight itineraries and assist with rebooking when necessary.

Hotel Booking:

  • Arrange accommodation for business travelers, considering preferences and budget constraints.
  • Maintain relationships with hotels and negotiate favorable rates for the company.
  • Handle reservation changes and cancellations as needed.

Travel Coordination:

  • Work closely with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Ensure seamless travel arrangements, including transportation to and from airports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel arrangements.
  • Communicate relevant travel information, such as itineraries and visa updates, promptly.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with any required travel-related documentation.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to travel arrangements.
  • Provide support during travel emergencies or unexpected changes.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage the travel budget, seeking cost-saving opportunities when possible.
  • Provide periodic reports on travel expenses to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar travel coordination role.
  • Knowledge of visa processing procedures and requirements.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms for flights and hotels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role requires a candidate with a keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements for company employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
