Project Role : Network Operations Practitioner Project Role Description : Design specialist solutions in line with business needs. Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization. Must have Skills : Wireless Technologies Operations, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: Cisco Firewall NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies Technical Experience : Design and implement network solutions using Juniper Mist and Meraki, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Manage and optimize wireless and wired networks, including access points, switches, and controllers. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues in Juniper Mist and Meraki environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing infrastructure and applications. Implement and maintain network security standards and practices in line with organizational requirements. Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Document network architectures, configurations, and operational procedures. Secondary Skills (Any One Required): Zscaler: Experience in configuring and managing Zscaler solutions for secure web gateway, cloud firewall, and data protection, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Cloud (Azure and OCI): Proficiency in Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with a focus on cloud network integration, security, and management.
