  • Daily review of pending complaints beyond a specified timelines and takes responsibility of getting complaints closed
  • Monitoring and driving closure of complaints to ensure improvement in TAT adherence%
Collaboration with cross functional teams to zeroise pendency leading to improvement in TAT
    Ensure that all cases which are breaching or going to breach the TAT gets closed within defined timelines
      Daily follow up with all respective stakeholders to ensure that cases gets resolved within prescribed TAT
        • 3 – 5 years of work experience in Customer Service, Business or Operations
        • Domain knowledge of Consumer Banking products and operational processes
        • Good collaboration skills to engage with Business and Cross Functional Teams
        • Self-starter & target oriented mindset
        • Good communication skills
